Shortcut Keys

Customise how you interact with PennyPerfect

The keys used in PennyPerfect can be customised in the Shortcuts dialogue, opened from the Tools menu.

Pressing the 'Reset Defaults...' button will change your settings back to the defaults. The Default settings follow two simple rules;

• Alt+key is used for navigation e.g. Show month calendar Alt+M, Show invoices Alt+I
• Ctrl+key is used for operations that edit/create/delete etc. e.g. New item Ctrl+N, Open Document Ctrl+O

The shortcut key settings are saved in the file ShortcutKeys.dat so they can be easily copied to another computer.
