This software works only on Microsoft Windows. It does not work on Apple Macs.

Ensure the name is entered as Surname,Firstname with a comma in between.

The name should be entered as Lastname, Firstname e.g. Smith, John.
Please ensure the correct capitalisation and hyphenation e.g. McDonald, Angus / Burton-Smith, John
Do not enter Doctor or Dr - this is your title, not your name.
