Formatting

Customise how you want data to be displayed

PennyPerfect allows the grid views to be customised to a style you are more comfortable working with.

• To sort the data by any column, click on the column header.
• Move columns into a different position by dragging the column header.
• Change the column width by dragging the bar between the column headers.

On the Options form, the Formatting option allows more customisation of the grids.

• You can change the font size, colour, and face.
• Alternate rows on the grids can be displayed in a different colour.
• Dates can be displayed in many formats eg 26/11/08, Wed 26 Nov 2008, 26 Nov 2008 etc.
• Time formats can be changed from AM/PM to 24 hours.
