Text Captions

Fixed Text

This is text on the invoice that never changes, generally lables for different sections of the invoice e.g. 'Invoice Number: ', 'From: ' etc.

To display fixed text just enter the caption you want displayed for the label, and it will appear on the invoice.

Dynamic Text

This is text that changes because it reads data from PennyPerfect to get the real value when the invoice is created e.g. 'Start Date', 'Session Rate' etc.

Dynamic text is indicated by placing curly brackets around the required value e.g. {Start Date}, {My Postcode}.
