Standard Report

Keep track and compare hours, income, rates etc

• Report for any period - financial year, quarter, month, week etc.
• All data grouped by Practice.
• View data grouped by month or individual days.
• Make direct comparisons over time and between practices - important information when deciding what to charge.

To View a Report

• Enter the start date and end dates (inclusive) between which you want to view data.
• Select the type of report you want to view from the list.
• Click the Refresh button.

To view your data in graphical form, press the chart button.

Reports can also be exported by selecting Export from the Tools menu. Exported data can be opened in a spreadsheet such as Excel.
